BLUE AIR AVIATION SA has become aware from press articles published online of threats made against it by Mr Horia Constantinescu, President of the National Authority for Consumer Protection.
As we have not received any official communication of the threats disseminated in the online environment, and considering the numerous requests we have received from the media, we would like to inform you that we cannot respond to the accusations published in the press. We have no proof that these accusations were made by an official of the Romanian State, and we will come back with a communication on the issues mentioned in the media when we take notice of these accusations through an official document, issued in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
