Terms and conditions BlueBonus

Blue Bonus is the limited offer addressed specifically to Blue Air’s passengers that expressed their wish to receive the refund awarded in accordance with the European Regulation by way of bank transfer, being in this way added to the waiting list of cash refund requests. In order to initiate the Blue Bonus flow, eligible passengers must click on the dedicated button inserted in the notification e-mail and access their customer web account created on www.flyblueair.com. If the eligible passengers do not have a customer web account already created on Blue Air’s website, then such an account must be created by following the instructions found on www.flyblueair.com, before initializing the Blue Bonus flow.

The Blue Bonus flow automatically deploys the full unused amount of an eligible booking plus a percentage of 20% into the Blue Wallet connected to the customer web account of the eligible passenger that initiated the Blue Bonus flow. The eligible passenger shall enjoy a 120% credit to be used in order to book new travel services for a limited period of two weeks, after which the 20% Blue Bonus shall expire and the refund received for the cancelled booking shall remain available in the Blue Wallet for a period of 24 months. If an eligible passenger consumes part of the amount available in the Blue Wallet, it can no longer request a bank transfer refund of the remaining amount available in the Blue Wallet, however, if the Blue Bonus expires and the amount available in the Blue Wallet has not been consumed, the eligible passenger shall be able to request a refund for the remaining amount available by bank transfer.

The 20% Blue Bonus offer is available for a limited period of time.

Upon registration of the refund request, the amount related to the canceled flight is allocated to the request and cannot be used for subsequent reservations.

The eligible passenger who has registered a request for reimbursement has the opportunity to change his mind and cancel the request for reimbursement until it is processed by the Payments Department. When the refund request is canceled, the amount of the canceled flight becomes available in the Blue Wallet and can be used for future bookings.
Upon confirmation of the cancellation of the refund request, the amount related to the canceled flight becomes ineligible for a future refund.
