Add Flex, add more freedom! By adding FLEX to your booking you have more peace of mind when planning your future trips. Flex is a special service offering you the opportunity to modify the date of your booked flight, one time, if your travel plans change. The Flex option is included free of charge in the BlueBIZ bundle and is available for purchase, during the booking process, for the BlueBASIC and BluePLUS bundles. With Flex you can change your travel dates one time, waiving the change fee, paying only the fare difference, if applicable. BluePLUS and BlueBasic passengers will be able to make the change minimum 7 DAYS until departure.
All bookings made until November 1st 2021 include the Flex Service free of charge, for all bundles and all travel dates, as part of the “FLY WITH CONFIDENCE” campaign. Effective November 1st , 2021, the Flex Service is being offered free of charge in the BlueBIZ bundle, and is available for purchase, for BlueBASIC and BluePLUS bundles, in the Extras menu.
In the last year, since the beginning of the pandemic, we have done everything possible to be with all BLUE AIR passengers. We understand the situation and the grievances related to the cancellation and changes of flights, so we are looking for solutions to support Blue Air passengers: in addition to extending the measure of free change of travel data, we have made available to those affected by flight cancellation the money spent in the Blue Air Wallet, so that it can be used easily and quickly.
The amounts in the Blue Air Wallet can be used for future purchases of Blue Air products. This is the fastest way to get your money back. In addition, you can change the flight date on the same flight itinerary, free of charge. Your flight will happen in complete safety, because we have taken all the sanitary safety measures on board - the aircraft are disinfected daily by nebulization and are equipped with HEPA filters, which capture 99.97% of the microbes from the filtered air, the sanitary rules being observed carefully during embarkation and disembarkation operations; on-board service consists only of prepackaged products; we encourage card payment for products purchased on board as much as possible. We call on our passengers to respect the rules of social distance both before the flight and after leaving the airplane, to wear a mask throughout the flight, but also before and after the flight.
