Requirements

• Baccalaureate diploma • Advanced knowledge of English (writing, speaking, reading) • Knowledge of PC, MS Office operation • Minimum 21 years REPRESENTS AN ADVANTAGE: • Experience in the aeronautical field

Responsibilities

• Maintain contact with all external stations regarding the operational status of flights (cancellations, delays, diversions, aircraft changes, passenger estimates) • Ensuring compliance with EU Regulations: orders the re-protection of passengers in accordance with EC Regulation 261/2004 • Transmit the flight schedule and travel conditions to the stations in the Blue Air network • Ensure that handling and refueling services have been contracted for Blue Air flights

• Our OCC colleagues work in shifts, including night shifts, weekends and holidays.
