Bucharest, January 14, 2020 - In the December 2019 report of the aviation consulting and market research company, OAG (Official Aviation Guide), Blue Air, the largest Romanian airline, according to the number of passengers transported, is in 1st place in terms of punctuality, among the airlines with a significant presence in Romania

In this ranking, published monthly by OAG, Blue Air had a punctuality rate of 86.8%, higher than its main competitors in the Romanian market. This punctuality rate is calculated based on all the flights operated by Blue Air in December, ie 1,757 flights. According to OAG standards, a flight is considered to be delayed if it lands at its destination 15 minutes after the officially announced time.

In addition, according to OAG, Blue Air had 0.0% canceled flights, being one of the few companies in the world with this performance in a month generally characterized by climatic problems and increased number of flights due to the holiday period.
