Starting with 31 March 2019, Blue Air will implement new passenger-oriented policies.
Thus, the check-in luggage included in the Classic travel class will have 23 kg (instead of 20 kg), which means that passengers who opt for this type of class will enjoy more luggage room for whatever they need to carry.
Passengers have the possibility to perform online check-in, free of charge. Depending on the chosen travel class, the period in which this service is available differs, as follows:
- Light – check-in will open 3 days before departure
- Classic – check-in will open 7 days before departure
- Premium – check-in will open 30 days before departure
The online check-in service is available on most routes. It is recommended that before performing your check-in, you check the list of airports that make an exception to this rule, which is available here.
Passengers who are departing from or flying to an airport listed as an exception can perform their check-in at the airport before departure, free of charge.
Furthermore, Blue Air passengers have the possibility to purchase Priority Boarding. This service is available on the mobile and tablet versions of our website and, for the moment, it can be bought for flights departing from Bucharest (OTP), Bacau (BCM), Cluj (CLJ), Iasi (IAS) and Sibiu (SBZ).
