Blue Air Account - Terms and Conditions

 The Blue Air account represents the virtual identity of the user of the www.flyblueair.com platform, created following the provision of the following information:

  • - email address;
  • - name and surname;
  • - date of birth;
  • - sex;

 

Through the account, the holder can access information about the services purchased (previous and future), the Blue Air Wallet associated with the Blue Air account (uploaded amount, available amount, expiration date, etc.) and the Blue Benefits subscription (the type of purchased subscription, expiration date, etc.), if such a subscription has been associated with the account.

 

Blue Air’s account holder must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.

 

The e-mail address of the user of the www.flyblueair.com platform allows the creation of a single Blue Air account, as it is not possible to create multiple accounts using the same e-mail address. The personal data associated with the Blue Air account, provided at the time of the registration formalities, may be modified at any time by the account holder, unless the account has a Blue Benefits subscription associated, in which case the personal data cannot be modified until the expiration of the Blue Benefits subscription.

 

One of the facilities of the Blue Air account is that the account holder can save certain travel documents (passport, CI) so that on the next purchase made through the Blue Air account, certain fields can be filled in with the correct information saved in the account.

 

The Blue Air account will be associated with a Blue Air Wallet in which the holder of the Blue Air account / Blue Air Wallet can load a pre-determined amount of money, receiving a bonus depending on the amount of money deposited.

 

There are 6 (six) types of Blue Air Wallet bonuses available*, as shown below:

  • If the holder loads between 50 - 99 EUR in the Blue Air Wallet, he will receive a 5% bonus;
  • If the holder loads between EUR 100 - 199 in the Blue Air Wallet, he / she shall receive a 10% bonus.
  • If the holder loads between EUR 200 - 399 in the Blue Air Wallet, he / she shall receive a 15% bonus;
  • If the holder loads between EUR 400 - 699 in the Blue Air Wallet, he / she shall receive a 20% bonus;
  • If the holder loads between 700 - 999 EUR in the Blue Air Wallet, he / she shall receive a 25% bonus;
  • If the holder loads between EUR 1,000 and 2,000 in the Blue Air Wallet, he / she shall receive a 30% bonus.

* The benefits of Blue Air Wallet may be changed by the Company at any time, with prior notification to the Blue Air Wallet holder.

 

Blue Air Wallet entitles the holder to use the compilation of special offers, respectively the amount of money deposited and the special bonus received in return, to make payments for all online purchases of Blue Air services. As an exception of the above, the holder may not purchase the Blue Benefits subscription with the amount of money available in the Blue Air Wallet.

Blue Air Wallet benefits are non-transferable. Services purchased through the use of Blue Air Wallet may not be offered for commercial purposes on any other platform.

 

Each deposit made by the holder is valid for a period of 12 (twelve) calendar months from the date of completion of the transaction. Blue Air shall send notifications when the amount deposited in the Blue Air Wallet is due to expire, so that the holder can use the balance available in the Blue Air Wallet to purchase Blue Air services. If the expiry date of the amount deposited in the Blue Air Wallet has passed and the holder has not used the remaining balance, the respective amount will not be returned to the holder.

 

The Blue Air account holder shall provide accurate and true personal information while creating the Blue Air account. The Company undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal information transmitted by its clients, by complying with all applicable data protection laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"). As follows, the Company will collect certain information ("personal data") provided by the clients during the registration formalities (for example: name, surname, e-mail address, date of birth, nationality, type of passenger (gender, title), home address, telephone number, etc.) and will process said personal data in order to provide the services described in these Specific Terms and Conditions, as well as inform clients about the Company's products and services, promotional offers or newsletter subscription. The Blue Air account holder must notify the Company of any unauthorized use of his / hers account so that the Company may take the best measures in order to protect their common interests.

 

Blue Air’s Travel Conditions apply to any reservation or service purchased by the Blue Air account holder.

 

By creating the Blue Air account, the holder shall automatically be subscribed to Blue Air’s newsletter. The Blue Air account holder can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

 

Blue Air reserves the right to deny access to the Blue Air account / Blue Air Wallet to any person and / or to terminate access at any time in the event of a breach of these specific Terms and Conditions.

 

The holder may choose to terminate the Blue Air account / Blue Air Wallet by issuing a termination notice. In order to avoid any doubt, if the holder chooses to terminate the Blue Air Wallet, the balance available in the Blue Air Wallet at the time of termination shall not be refunded.
